During April, Sarajevo celebrates the Day of the City of Sarajevo. It was on April 6, 1945 that the city was liberated from the Fascist occupation of World War II. In order to commemorate this day, the City of Sarajevo will be organizing a myriad of cultural and entertainment programs and sporting events.
One of the interesting cultural events held every year in honor of the Day of the City of Sarajevo is the traditional annual joint exhibition of works by members of the Association of Architects of BiH, the Association of Artists of BiH and the BiH Association of Applied Arts and Design. The exhibition will acquaint the public with major works by BiH artists and will be held at Collegium Artisticum at KSC Skenderija.
