Terms of Use of the Sarajevo Navigator Portal

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and Sarajevo Navigator. We reserve the discretionary right to modify or supplement these Terms at any time without prior notice. All changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Portal. Continued use of the Portal after the publication of changes is considered acceptance of them.

Accuracy of information: Sarajevo Navigator makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information but does not guarantee that all content (including prices, working hours, locations, and event dates) is accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Use all information at your own risk. Partner services: The Portal may offer accommodation bookings, tours, or ticket purchases. Sarajevo Navigator acts solely as an intermediary or information platform. The service agreement is concluded directly between the User and the Partner (service provider). Sarajevo Navigator bears no responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of services provided by third parties. Technical availability: We do not guarantee that the Portal will operate without interruptions, errors, or that the server is secure from viruses and other harmful components.

Ownership: All content on the Portal (texts, design, graphics, logos, photos, videos, databases) is the exclusive property of Sarajevo Navigator or its partners and is protected by the Law on Copyright and Related Rights of BiH. Limited License: The User is allowed to view and download content exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use (reproduction, distribution, sale, modification of content) is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Sarajevo Navigator. Branding: The visual identity of Sarajevo Navigator is protected by the Institute for Intellectual Property of BiH.

If the Portal allows leaving comments, reviews, or photos: The User guarantees that they are the owner of the content they submit and that it does not violate the rights of third parties. Sarajevo Navigator reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove any content it deems offensive, illegal, or inappropriate. By submitting content, the User grants us an irrevocable, free right to use, copy, and publish that content for promotional purposes.

The Portal contains links to third-party websites. These links are provided for the User's convenience. Sarajevo Navigator has no control over the content of those pages, does not endorse them, and assumes no responsibility for damage resulting from their use.

Sarajevo Navigator commits to protecting User privacy in accordance with the applicable laws of BiH. Detailed information on data collection and the use of cookies can be found in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. Data is collected exclusively for the purpose of analytics and improving the user experience.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarajevo Navigator, its employees, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the Portal.

For all disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Portal that cannot be resolved amicably, the Municipal Court in Sarajevo shall have exclusive jurisdiction, with the application of the substantive law of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
