There is no orthopedist, you have to wait 48 hours for a regular X-ray, they act as if they are a state institution. You will get the results at a state hospital sooner than at theirs.
Positive experience with Dr. Rešić. Professional approach to the patient, considering all unfavorable factors that can impair health. The professor is dedicated to the patient, with detailed processing of the findings that are presented. However, some staff on the file have small shortcomings, but we will ignore that.
My experience with Eurofarm Center during medical examinations was very positive. I would especially like to highlight the communication and cooperation with Ms. Lejla Velagić. She was very helpful and professional in organizing the examinations, including scheduling individual appointments and communicating with the staff. This made the entire process much easier for me and shortened the time needed to organize and coordinate several different examinations. My colleague and I had previously requested information about available examinations as part of a systematic examination, and Lejla provided us with all the information clearly, concisely, and in a timely manner. The laboratory technician who worked the first shift on August 27th at Eurofarm in UNITIC was also great. Very professional, pleasant, and certainly helpful. I especially liked the level of organization of the center, because before the appointment, patients are called and reminded of the examination, and they also receive SMS and e-mail reminders. Overall, my experience was very positive. Good organization and a professional attitude towards the patient made the entire process simple and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Eurofarm Center.

I am leaving this review as a serious warning. The phone call I made today (18.08.) at around 13:32h revealed the absolutely unacceptable behavior of your employee. She was extremely rude, irritable and unpleasant. Although I was under a lot of stress myself because of my mother, my approach remained as gentle and kind as possible until the very end. In response, I encountered shameful and humiliating treatment. This shocking lack of basic human empathy and elementary business ethics is absolutely unacceptable. Ask yourself who is representing you to your clients.
