Disappointing experience. I explicitly noted when booking that I have wavy hair and only needed a trim, yet when I arrived, my request was repeatedly turned down despite asking several times. I ended up with bad styling and a haircut that still doesn't work with my natural texture two weeks later.
Minela is an employee who understood what I wanted through the picture and directly achieved the result 🥹 with so much effort, patience and so gentle combing of hair, I knew that her years of experience were worth it to be my choice again next time in Ogledalc. I was a little nervous about changing hairdressers, but I didn't have much choice since I'll be in Sarajevo for a bit longer. Elvedina did a phenomenal job! 🥰 She explained everything to me very well, step by step, and you can tell right away that she has a lot of experience. She made me feel safe and relaxed, without promising me unrealistic results.
