Google searches for BiH increased by 5,800 percent

Analysis by the agency Iglu Cruise has shown that BiH is currently the top trending destination — searches for "visit Bosnia" increased by 5,800 percent in July, compared to the same period last year.
Experts particularly highlight Sarajevo as a starting point for exploration: a city that offers Ottoman, Austro-Hungarian, and Yugoslav heritage in one place, a vibrant cafe culture, and spectacular nature within easy reach. "A traveler can spend the morning exploring the historic city and the afternoon among the mountains and rivers," notes travel expert Jacob Wedderburn-Day.
Our country also stands out as one of the most affordable destinations in Europe.
Experts predict that interest will continue to grow — and Sarajevo is already on the radar of travellers around the world.
