Hotel Grad je za svaku preporuku. Sve je izuzetno čisto a osoblje veoma ljubazno i susretljivo. Hotel se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji i ima vlastiti parking što je velika prednost jer ne morate brinuti o svom automobilu. Sve je na dohvat ruke i boravak je zaista ugodan. Sigurno ćemo ponovo doći.
Considering its price, proximity to the city center and the airport is a place you can choose without worrying about other factors. However, it doesn't just stand out with these features. While we expected some shortcomings in service and other aspects due to its excellent location, the staff were very friendly and the service quality was excellent. The rooms were ideally clean and spacious. However, services like cleaning and room maintenance are scheduled daily, and some services are charged extra, but this isn't a major issue given the reasonable daily rates. The hotel's breakfast was very good and varied... The hotel has its own parking area, and a gas station awaits you further down the main road. In short, the location, service, staff, and rooms are amazing, especially the reasonable prices; I definitely recommend it...
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were absolutely thrilled with this hotel! From the very first minute, we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and, most importantly, spotlessly clean. The entire atmosphere is cozy and designed with great attention to detail. The parking lot right in front of the hotel is also a huge plus. What we particularly loved was the staff. All the employees were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. You can immediately tell that they prioritize excellent service and guest satisfaction. The owner is also a very personable and warm individual. You don't just feel like a guest, but truly welcome. A huge thank you to the entire team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Predivan hotel i apsolutno sve za svaku preporuku! Od samog dolaska do odlaska sve je bilo na najvišem nivou. Sobe su izuzetno čiste, uredne i lijepo uređene, a ambijent je predivan i pruža osjećaj ugode i opuštenosti. Velika prednost je i parking koji se nalazi odmah ispred hotela, što je posebno praktično. Osoblje je fenomenalno – svi radnici su izuzetno ljubazni, profesionalni, susretljivi i uvijek spremni pomoći. Usluga je zaista odlična i vidi se da se vodi računa o svakom gostu. Posebne pohvale za gazdu hotela, koji je veoma prijatan, predusretljiv i gostoljubiv. Vidi se da svoj posao radi s puno pažnje i srca. Sve pohvale cijelom timu!
