Beautiful location, a 10-minute walk from the cable car station and the bobsleigh run, surrounded by nature and well-maintained. Prices are twice as high as in the city. However, if you're just passing through, it's worth a stop.
The service in the hotel restaurant is a disaster, they bring out the food cold, they bring the wrong order, they are too slow. A disaster, the management should ask themselves who is working for them. Waiter Boris
منتجع بعيد قليلا عن أي شيء قدير تحتاجه، سواء مطاعم او مقاهي أو أسواق. يعني الجود من الموجود في المكان. المكان حلو ولطيف جدا للاسترخاء. يوجد لديهم مقهى ومطعم لساعات معينة خلال اليوم، يعني ليس ٢٤ ساعة. يعيب الغرف وجود بعض الحشرات للأسف، رأيت في الحمام والغرفة . كذلك الماء الحار نفذ بسرعة أثناء الاستحمام. كذلك العزل الصوتي بين الغرف سيء جدا، باختصار تسمع كل الأصوات عند جارك 🤦♂️🤦♂️. الفطور لا بأس به، لا تتوقع الكثير. والأكل عندهم حلال. لا يوجد أحد ليساعدك في حمل العفش، نظام أخدم نفسك بنفسك. يوجد موقف سيارات مجاني، وكذلك شطاف في دورة المياه. أخذت غرفة مع شرفة، وللأسف مقاس الشرفة تقريبا متر في متر 🥹🥹، لا تستحق أن تسمى شرفة والحاجز في الشرفة بينك وبين الغرفة المجاورة لا يستر شيء لذا لا خصوصية لك أثناء جلوسك في الشرفة.
Pojeta SPA me oduševila. Cistoca, atmosfera i energija me ostavila iznenađenim. Terapeutkinja Rubina je definitivno biser ovog hotela. Njena ljubaznost i topla energija je definitivno nesto sto svako treba doziviti. Preporučujem obaveznu posjetu ovog mjesta.
Lijep ambijent. Cijene nerealno i bezobrazno visoke za uslugu u kojoj pola sata cekas da stigne narudzba uz ocit manjak osoblja koje ne stize sve posluziti u razumnom vremenskom intervalu.
