A great place for all LEGO brick lovers, especially children! LEGO Store Sarajevo is beautifully decorated, well-organized and full of interesting sets for all ages. A large selection of products, excellent presentation and a pleasant atmosphere make shopping a real pleasure. The staff is friendly, helpful and always ready to help with choosing a set or answering questions. It is especially nice that newer sets can be found, as well as various interesting LEGO products that are not always easy to find in other places. All in all, a great place and definitely worth a visit, even if you just want to look at the offer and enjoy the LEGO world. The only pity is that you cannot order individual LEGO bricks and parts through the website, or buy bricks per piece or in a certain quantity. It would be great if that option were available, especially for those who build their own models or are looking for specific bricks.
Very great Lego Store, the worker is hardworking even when its too busy, staff is very helpful, the Lego sets are amazing and i have got a Lego Passport and loyalty card!
Great shop, they are very friendly. I arrived in the morning and took the set, they were very kind and helped me choose a gift. Warm recommendations
It was… an experience to say the least. I went to stamp my lego passport & get one for my friend. Normally (in NL, DE, RS and TR), when a new passport is requested for someone, they give it and stamp it (some places even give a small, heart-shaped lego piece). Of course I wasn’t expecting the same courtesy; but the way the staff interacted was disappointing. They were tepid and annoyed at customer presence. I WAS able to get the stamps I requested, but not the new passport. Even when my friend asked it himself, he wasn’t given, with the claim of “purchasing a product first”. This was news to me and him to be honest, and if this was a new protocol, I am understanding of it. But in my humble opinion, either this update needs to be shared with all members of Lego, or a more friendly approach. It would be a start, regardless of these reviews, feedbacks and dare I say, complaints.
