I was disappointed with the organization of the return, where we had to get up at 3 am to be picked up by a transfer to the airport at 4 in order to arrive at the same airport at 6, and the flight was supposed to be at 8:55 but it was at 10! This kind of organization with a 12-month-old baby is a disaster! They could have found a later flight like the one on the way to Turkey, but this was really torture. Of course, it was a stolen night and day, it would have been logical to leave the hotel at least after breakfast!
I am really, really satisfied with this agency and can sincerely recommend it to everyone! ❤️ What particularly impressed me was the professionalism, kindness and attitude towards travelers. The person who works at the agency is always smiling, friendly and ready to answer the phone and help, regardless of the question or situation. Honestly, I have never experienced such an attitude towards clients at any other agency. From the first contact, it is clear that there is quality, dedication and love for the job here. The agency itself is beautiful and leaves a special impression, you can see that it is decorated with a lot of care and that behind everything there is someone who really loves what they do. I have the feeling that this agency really cares about every traveler, and not just about the reservation or sale of the package. In Sarajevo, in my experience, it is really difficult to find an agency that devotes so much attention, effort and care to its travelers. All praise and a huge recommendation! For me, this is an example of how a travel agency should work.
