I had a very good experience at this post office in Sarajevo. I sent a postcard home, and to my surprise, it arrived even faster than another postcard I had mailed from Croatia. I honestly didn’t expect international mail from Bosnia and Herzegovina to be delivered so quickly, so that was a pleasant surprise. I waited for about ten minutes before being served, which seemed perfectly reasonable considering the number of people in line. The staff handled everything efficiently, and the process of buying stamps and sending the postcard was simple and straightforward.

You get everything done super quickly and they last a long time. I recommend them.
⛔ They are critical. They have 2 breaks of half an hour in the middle of the day and 3 breaks in the change of shift. Two working guys close the shop every day in shift change. Approximately 1.5 hours a day they are not working. Worst mail experience ever.
