I come from the emergency room to the Sarajevo pharmacy on June 18, 2026, at around 11:20 p.m. with an injury, where I was recommended to clean the wound with rivanol. I enter the pharmacy, ask for rivanol, and the tall, blonde lady working tells me that I have to wait half an hour for it to be "prepared". Shame! It takes her half an hour to mix two substances, and she obviously just hates doing her job. It's late, there's no one anywhere to say that she's busy or something. Extremely unprofessional and without empathy for injured patients. Shame!
Was here two times when it wasn't busy. Both times the staff was very unfriendly. Not recommend this unless absolutely ncessary.
