The check-in and out was seamless. The room, however, was not great. There were no night lamps or any other lamps than the central ones on the ceiling which gave a very uncosy feeling. The bathroom with very good. What we didn't like is that there was no coffee in the room, there was only tea which we don't drink. It would be good to have a coffee machine down in the common room, or at least water. As is it is useless. That was a vending machine but it worked only with local currency coins, which we didnt have, of course. To be honest for this money that the room costs they could have provided coffee options. Location also was in the best, as it wasnt very close to the center.

I am very happy with my choice and would recommend this to others. The location is very good - it's a 15 minute walk to the center, but it has secure (paid) parking literally next door. This is important because parking can be difficult. IMPORTANT - make sure you read the instructions from the hotel carefully or it can be quite expensive. They tell you how to get the daily rate (€15) but you need to follow their instructions. Clean and spacious rooms and welcoming staff. Highly recommended

Accommodation for every recommendation! Neat rooms, excellent service, top location. Baščaršija is a 10-minute walk away. The hostess is extremely kind and accommodating. If we find ourselves in Sarajevo again, we will definitely come back here. 🙂
