Really disappointing experience. We ordered pasta without cheese and made it very clear that it was because of an allergy. The waiter I believe his name was Enes, even asked us why we wanted it without cheese and we clearly explained the allergy. After waiting for quite some time, the pasta arrived full of cheese. This was especially frustrating because we had specifically mentioned the allergy more than once. The order then had to be replaced, meaning we had to wait even longer for our food. For something involving a food allergy, I expected much more care and attention from the staff. This was not just a simple mistake with an order it was something we had clearly communicated for safety reasons..
