Seemed a bit dodgy working here but actually totally safe. Have felt very safe everywhere in Sarejevo no dramas at all. Hotel does not have a lift or tea making facilities in the room. Is in the old town. A walk to tram and main tourist area. Brilliant bakery down the hill. Great value
The hotel was clean overall. We stayed with our 4-year-old daughter, and luckily we had a parking space. It's a 10-minute walk to the main square; easy to walk downhill, but getting back uphill was more complicated, so we took a taxi. The reception was excellent, it's just a shame the rooms weren't better soundproofed. The air conditioning worked perfectly. There was a small terrace with a pleasant view.
