Overall, a pretty good experience. The room was spotless. The service was good. The breakfast selection was satisfactory. The location is right in the heart of the city center. However, there were a few inconveniences: on three of the four nights we stayed, there was a water outage between midnight and 6:00 AM. There was no information provided, and the staff didn't seem to be aware of the problem. The establishment across the street was far too noisy, with music playing until late at night, which was a real shame because it made sleeping in that hotel difficult. I recommend triple-glazed windows.
A Wonderful Stay at the Astra Hotel – Sarajevo My stay at the Astra Hotel in Sarajevo was a pleasant and comfortable experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to the city center, making it easy to access restaurants and tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Check-in and check-out were also smooth. The only drawback was the lack of free parking at the hotel. The nearest parking lot is at the Hotel Europa, which is adjacent to the hotel, but it is a paid parking space. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for those seeking a prime location and comfortable accommodation in Sarajevo, and I hope to repeat the experience on my next visit.

In the front entry area there is a lovely cafeteria on two levels, where you can rest and have a refreshing beverage, as well as a restaurant that offers a wide selection of local and international specialties.
