Far from five stars! Maybe four, maybe three. 27 degrees in the room and they could not turn off the heater! No air conditioning. So, in order to sleep you need to open the window. But then, the noise, really loud! Basically, you cannot sleep. Fortunately, one hotel person was able to put two fans on the rooms (we had two rooms for three nights). Shower not good. One elevator only, always full. Reception ugly and dark. I paid in advance and after the first night I asked if they would refund the other two nights because we wanted to go to a different hotel in order to be able to sleep. The answer was no! No refund. I was not in the mood to fight in Sarajevo so we stayed. Breakfast ok. Not great.
