Crnogorska svadba

The comedy Crnogorska svadba (A Montenegrin Wedding) is staged on Thursday, 8 October 2026, at Dom mladih in Skenderija, starting at 20:00.

Subtitled “When everyone has a finger in it”, the play asks what happens when relatives, neighbours and “those who know best” get involved in love, custom and wedding planning. What happens is a Montenegrin wedding – one that goes from you deciding everything to everyone deciding except you.

This riotous comedy by the Šuković brothers is a story about tradition, ego, family and that famous line: “Leave it, I’ll handle it.”
