Svih sedamnaest soba u hotelu je jedinstveno, svaka priča svoju priču, a brojevi soba predstavljaju važne godine u životu vlasnika Mehmeda i Azize, njihove djece i unučadi. Kažu da su sobe prostrane i svijetle, kao što je i duša Azizina, u koju stane cijela porodica i još ostane mjesta za prijatelje.

The hotel leaves much to be desired. There were many broken items in the room, and the shower handle was missing from the shampoo holder; you had to attach it yourself. The quality is not what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel, as advertised, and there's no parking. Secondly, I arrived at noon, and they gave me the room, which was perfect. I chose this hotel because it had a sauna after a long trip. NO ONE AT RECEPTION INFORMED ME THAT I NEEDED TO RESERVE A TIME. I went down at 6 p.m. to ask how to access the sauna, and there was another young, blonde, very friendly girl. I told her that no one had told me that the sauna needed to be reserved or how it worked. She replied, "YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED UPON ARRIVAL." I was surprised by her helpfulness and kindness. You can tell she's from Bosnia… I paid for a service that wasn't provided, nor was I informed about it; otherwise, I would have stayed somewhere else. Finally, the breakfast was very meager; there was practically nothing at 8:00 AM. Reading reviews, I stayed there because it was good and plentiful. I don't know if I would return, even though it's only 500 meters from the city center. Thank you. I hope you take note. I'm from Spain, I've traveled to 50 countries, and I'm explaining all this because I stayed at this hotel to enjoy and use its amenities, only to have this girl treat guests like this. If she doesn't want to be there in the afternoon, she should choose another job where she'll be happier.
The best! The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the historic center of Sarajevo. They have their own parking lot, though tiny, and you have to leave your keys there. They sometimes move cars, but it's still better than leaving your car "on the street." The staff is very friendly and speaks fluent English. The rooms are clean, spacious, and air-conditioned. Delicious, varied breakfasts ❤️❤️❤️
Firstly, the hotel does not qualify for 4 star category. Carpet was old and worn out. Sheets and towels were old. Blanket was dirty. Bathroom smells. Fines imposed for everything but the water doesn’t drain in the sink. Breakfast is expensive. It should be under 3 star category. Pricey only because it is in Old town. Not so happy after paying EUR 185 per night.
