Baklava Shop je smješten u prostoru starinskog dućana na sjevernoj strani Brusa Bezistana. Enterijerom dominiraju drveni i kameni elementi koji se idealno uklapaju sa starobosanskim motivima (peškuni, sećije itd.).

Lamya, the girl on duty has exceptional Bosnian Coffee making skills. The coffee has some of the best aroma and consistency in town. Plus the Baklava is great, kids got ice cream. Highly recommend the shop, do Ćejf and be kind to Lamya. She is excellent in service and hosting.
The lady was lovely. The tea was amazing and the pastries delicious 😍
The hijab-wearing employee here was extremely rude and disrespectful in the way she treated us. Her behavior and attitude were completely unacceptable and do not reflect the values of respect and good manners that Islam teaches. She spoke to us in a very unpleasant manner and told us to leave the place as quickly as possible, which made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Regardless of the situation, customers should never be treated with this level of disrespect. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses her behavior, because this kind of treatment leaves a very negative impression.
