An average bus station
Unfortunately, this was one of the most unpleasant experiences I had in Sarajevo. The station itself looks as if passenger comfort has long ceased to be a priority: waiting spaces are scarce, and it's difficult to find a comfortable position. I was particularly surprised by the separate fee for access to the platform. The security guard couldn't really explain what was required or what I had to pay for. Eventually, the girl at the ticket counter explained everything well and helped me through—thank her. But for some reason, they charged us 2 euros for access, without even offering to pay in Bosnian marks. The restroom experience was even more interesting: while the price was clearly stated as 1 mark, they charged us 2 marks. The restroom itself was smoky. For a foreign tourist, such small details add up to a rather unpleasant experience. There's a café with tables outside near the platform, but only patrons are allowed to sit. As a result, the station, where you just want to wait peacefully for your train, turns into a mini-quest involving a paid platform, a paid toilet, and a search for a place to sit. Sarajevo left a wonderful impression on me, so it's especially sad that its bus station turned out to be so inhospitable. P.S. It was nice to meet Russian speakers – we spent the time in pleasant conversation. Greetings from Russia, if you're reading this comment!)
So mean. I just want to buy ticket, but she didn’t let me to buy. She just watching phone all day. I wait 2hours for another woman come to work, and finally able to bought.
