We paid 30,000 KM for 10 implants for my wife. Everything seemed professional until the money was taken and the procedure was completed. After that, the attitude towards the patient was completely different. Only after the operation, when my wife needed help, did the clinic tell us that where we live they do not work with that system and that they do not have the necessary instruments. Due to the resulting problem and pain, my wife requested medical documentation about the implants two weeks ago, which she needs to continue her treatment. They saw the message, but to this day they have not responded or sent the documentation. The clinic boasts on social media about its attention to patients. It is inhumane and unprofessional to leave a patient without an answer and without the documentation they need to continue their treatment. I do not recommend it.

Ove godine u mjesecu maju sam radila implantate u poliklinici Bicakcic, tačnije 6 implatata u gornjoj i 4 u donjoj vilici. Dosla sam po preporuci moje prijateljice koja ima fenomenalno iskustvo u sto sam se i sama uvjerila. Trenutno imam privremeni rad kojim sam prezadovoljna koji izgleda mnogo bolje nego kod većine ljudi koji imaju stalni rad koji su radili negdje drugo. Fascinirana sam znanjem i profesionalnoscu doktora i osoblja koji ovdje rade i koji koriste najsavremenije aparate i uređaje u stomatologiji. Ukoliko neko ne zna gde da dođe i odakle da počne, toplo mu preporučujem polikliniku Bicakcic odakle će izaći prezadovoljan izaći. Teško je naći vrhunske stručnjake, a ova poliklinika to sve posjeduje!
