It was especially meaningful to me that they had so much patience and understanding for every question I had. They explained everything to me in detail, approached the cat carefully and it is clear that they really care about the animals, not just about their job. Highly recommended ❤️🐾

Unfortunately, my experience with Vetlife was very disappointing. I was charged for the services and the samples were sent for analysis, but after the allergy test results arrived, I was called back for some kind of interview. Only after insisting on receiving a written report did I receive one. The report was written in a sloppy, unprofessional manner to satisfy the formality. Instead of a professional and responsible approach, I did not receive an adequate explanation or the feeling that someone really dedicated themselves to my cat's case. My impression was a very unprofessional attitude towards the client and patient. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Vetlife to others. The prices are high, and the attitude and communication I received were not at the level I expect from a veterinary institution. For me, this was more of a feeling that billing was important than real care and assistance.
