The nicest hotel we stayed at during the trip. The rooms were clean and my husband and I liked them. Every detail was thought of. Especially the hangers in certain places in the room 🙏 The breakfast was good and the cleanliness was good.
One of the most beautiful hotels in Sarajevo. It has a great location in the city center and is very popular, but I didn't like the breakfast; it needs to include Arabic cuisine.
My experience at Mövenpick Hotel Sarajevo I had a pleasant stay at Mövenpick Hotel Sarajevo and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their hospitality and excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation. It is also reasonably close to the city centre and not far from Sarajevo International Airport, which makes it a convenient choice for both leisure and business travellers. What impressed me most was the staff. They were friendly, professional, attentive and genuinely committed to helping their guests. When I requested a change of my suite, my request was handled quickly and with great courtesy. I truly appreciated the way the team responded to my request, and I would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart. The restaurant was also very pleasant, with excellent service. The breakfast offered a good and varied selection and was well suited to different tastes. I would, however, like to mention one small point for clarification. I was informed by the hotel that the transfer to the airport would be provided free of charge. However, when I arrived at the airport, the driver asked me to pay 30 KM, which I did. I was surprised by this, as it did not correspond to the information I had received from the hotel. I hope the hotel can clarify this with the transfer provider to avoid similar misunderstandings for future guests. Overall, I am grateful for the hospitality and particularly for the wonderful attitude of the staff. Thank you to the entire Mövenpick team for taking such good care of me during my stay.
