Terrible experience, especially disappointing as this was our last meal of our holiday and I had really wanted it to be special. My partner and I seemed to be the first customers in the restaurant for dinner, yet we waited 50 minutes for our starters- The starter was simply slices of cheese (I think with bread?)-when trying to catch the waiters attention to tell him we still hadn’t received the bread he snapped and said “what is it!?” Our main meals arrived after one hour. My partner’s meal was stone cold. When he politely asked the waiter if it could be heated up, the waiter rudely replied, “No,” and immediately walked away. My seafood pasta was just as disappointing. The spaghetti and seafood were extremely overcooked and had turned into hot, tasteless mush. It was genuinely inedible. When we eventually managed to get the waiter’s attention again to pay, I explained that my meal was inedible and my partner’s meal had been unacceptable. He rudely snapped back that my partner had eaten most of his meal and that, if he had only asked, the kitchen could have made another one. There was no apology, no acknowledgement of the poor service, and no discount. Thankfully, we went to another restaurant in the Old Town afterwards, where the food and service were amazing and fortunately helped make up for the experience. I would not recommend this restaurant…
