Unprofessionalism. I was just in the pharmacy, it was crowded, two cash registers were working until the pharmacist from one (where I was waiting) suddenly left. Just like that, without a word, even though he was aware that there were people there. All that was left was for me to move to the other line, to the end of the line. So much for kindness and responsibility.
Extremely rude and selling drugs that are close to expiring.
Disastrous service and complete incompetence! A very bad experience at this pharmacy. I asked for butterfly needles of a specific diameter. The blonde pharmacist did not have the size I requested, so she sold me a smaller needle, claiming it was larger. She obviously does not know even the most basic fact of her profession – that the higher the number (G) of the needle, the smaller and thinner the needle itself. She did not answer my questions at all. She just laughed with a 'sly' smile and said "I don't know", showing complete unprofessionalism and arrogance. Giving out the wrong medical equipment and pretending to be smart is not only ignorant, but also potentially dangerous for patients. Avoid this pharmacy!
