The experience was not good. We were three people in a small, cramped room, and the amenities were malfunctioning, the shower drain and toilet flush both didn't work properly. Worst of all, the cleaning lady banged on the door and kicked us out almost an hour before check-out, very early and in a rude manner.
The location is excellent, on the pedestrianized Ferhadija street, and very close to everything – definitely the right address.
A fairly comfortable and cozy hotel. The room has everything you need. The hotel is conveniently located. The owner is polite and welcoming. I recommend staying at this hotel.
